This is some artwork in front of a house in Valparaiso, Chile.  Two old television sets.  One saying turn off the tv.  The other saying Live Your Life.  Great message.  Yes, turn off the tv and live your life!

I took this from inside a taxi cab in Valparaiso, Chile.  Valparaiso is a very colorful city.  Many of the walls, doors, etc in the city are painted and are real works of art.  Here the color comes from advertisements posted on a wall outside a store. If not for the cat, who would have cared?

Valparaiso, Chile is a UNESCO World Hertiage City offering someone with a camera plenty of subject matter to focus upon. Valparaiso is about 75 miles west of Santiago and can be reached by bus, taxi or rental car.

Valparaiso is a multi-level city meaning there are alot of slopes and hills. For less than a dollar each way you can take one of the ascensores up or down between the cerros (hilltop neighborhoods) and sea level. You can't beat it if you want to explore the various cerros with your camera as each cerro is full on unique artwork that is fun to photograph.

This is a photograph of one of Valparaiso's 26 funicular railways. I took this shot from a cruiseship docked in the port of Valparaiso.
